Licence terms
These terms apply to every workbook, worksheet and bundle bought from our Etsy shop, HealthAndSafetyShop.
What you can do
- Use the workbook within one organisation: your own business, charity, school or public body.
- Print and photocopy the worksheets as often as you need for that organisation.
- Store the PDF on your organisation's internal systems.
- Fill in the forms and keep them as your own records.
What you cannot do
- Resell, share, publish or give away the PDF or its pages outside your organisation.
- Use the workbooks to train people from other organisations, or as course materials, without a training licence.
- Remove the copyright notice or present the content as your own.
Consultants and trainers who want to use the workbooks with clients can ask for a wider licence at info@sglhealthandsafetyshop.co.uk.
Guidance, not legal advice
The workbooks give general guidance on health and safety law in Great Britain as at the date shown on the cover. They do not replace advice from a competent person who knows your workplace. You remain responsible for meeting your legal duties.
